This is the second purchase I have made from RugsUSA. Checkout is easy. Free shipping is a bonus. My first order had delayed shipping. Hopefully this second order won't. I love my rugs!

I LOVE this Rug!

I first ordered arearug a couple of years ago. I loved it then and loved it even more, when I finally laid it on my dining floor 2 weeks ago. In fact, I loved it so much, that I decided to get another one for my livingroom. Yayyyyyyy...

Last week I placed the order for my new rug and eagerly awaited its delivery. Come to find out yesterday that my credit card purchase had not been approved and the order cancelled.😢😢

Well, I am back! And this time, I am taking no chances. I will follow my order from the first step out of the warehouse to minute it gets to my house. I can't wait!

It was easy to find the rug size

It was easy to find the rug size, color and material I was looking for. After looking online for days for a 10x10 rug, Rugs USA was a happy find! Now, let us hope the product is as nice as the image and the shipping is fairly quick.

I bought a runner and a washable for the backdoor entry way....LOVE them both. The runner is thick wool and well made. The colors are wonderful, I ordered a full size rug for the living room this time. Delivery was great!

I messed up and had rug sent to wrong…

I messed up and had rug sent to wrong address (I recently moved to new state) and customer service was awesome in helping me get rug returned easily and then i just reordered rug to correct address. Thank you!

We received the exact rug we saw online at a better price than other sites. When we had troubles getting wrinkles out, the customer service was prompt and accommodating and fair. We will certainly check there for our next rug.

You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
